Consistent
Consistency is at the heart of everything we believe in. To build trust, rapport and progress we believe that we need to show up and provide the same excellent service every single time. We believe in always having the same staff on sessions for young people as this is key to building trusting working relationships.
Personalised
All of our sessions are designed around the individual needs of those on sessions, be it a club social ride, IAP or a corporate event. We ensure that all of our services are personal and valuable to those that attend. We want to deliver the best session we can so your personal needs and requirements always come first.
Supportive
With young people we firmly believe that we are not just there for them, but also their family. We want to work harmoniously with the families, schools and local authorities to provide the best possible support system for our YP to succeed. This means even when we are not on session, we are always available to support where both necessary and appropriate.
